Celerio will do what a Kinetic Honda (gearless scooter) did to the scooter market decades back. It’s the most awaited and India’s first auto gear technology, a hatchback that will eventually replace the A-Star and the Estilo. With an outstanding cabin space, slim seats, K-Next engine, above all it’s the transmission that makes all the difference in the Celerio. Claiming a 23.1kmpl, it’s up for booking starting at INR 4 lac.

To air the new love affair of car lovers with rugged, off-road style cars is set to take root further with Avventura. This car will be launched between July and December 2014 and expected to cost anything between INR 7 lac – 10 lac. It comes with cruise control, a new audio system with Bluetooth, aux and USB connectivity, reverse parking sensors, rain sensing wipers and more.

A 4 meter sedan from the house of Tata! It features the first of its kind AMT mated to a diesel engine.
With an engine capacity of 1200cc for the petrol version, this car should be available to by July-September 2014. It is expected to be priced between INR 5 lac – 8 lac. Zest boasts of projector head lamps with chrome accents, daytime running lights, 15 inch alloy wheels among other specifications.

The new mid-size stylish MPV developed by Honda exclusively for the Asian markets. Wearing the new headlights, aggressive hood, oval fog lamps with black plastic casing, bold horizontal slat chrome grille and other styling elements, the front fascia resembles to the Amaze compact sedan. To be launched by July-September 2014. The expected price of the vehicle is between INR 12-17 lac.

This would go on to replace the SX4 sedan, a woman’s favorite. The Ciaz will form the base for future sedans from Maruti and is expected to go on sale later in 2014. The transmission will be an automated manual which will be doing duty in the Celerio hatchback as well. The CIAZ has a sporty look and belongs to the A3 sedan segment.

Though the suggestions above seems to be carved with the blade of sheer obviousness, we tried coming up with a few interesting insights on 2014 launches. So if you are considering replacing your 4 wheeler, do consider top favorites’!
