Coming 21st June, the world will be celebrating ‘Yoga Day’ and we are super excited about it! If Yoga is unknown to you, then it’s time you open yourself to this phenomenal science the world is talking about. We have curated a list of three yoga videos to introduce easy yoga practice in your daily life.

If you have never done yoga, but you have little bit flexible body then you should practice with our favorite Tara Stiles. Her flexibility and range of motion routine video is just for you. Second on our list is Adriene Mishler yoga for complete beginners –  20 Minutes of relaxed and slow yoga practice you can learn at home. Adriene makes this routine so simple with lots of instructions for you to know how to perform each pose. This is a clean, easy and effective routine for everyday.
