Gaia Oatmeal CookiesGaia Oatmeal Cookies

As the name suggests, these cookies are made up of oats, whole wheat and honey.

What brand claims
The brand says that these cookies have:
– Zero Cholesterol
– Zero Transfat
– Source of Fiber

What she likes
1. One of the good things about these cookies is that they are made from oatmeal and whole wheat unlike the normal cookies which are made from whole purpose flour.
2. There are many oatmeal cookies brands available in the market but this is the only brand which uses natural sweetness of honey to sweeten the cookies, and honey we all know is a good substitute for sugar.
3. Further, it makes for a perfectly healthy breakfast for the whole family. All you need is 2 oatmeal cookies and a large glass of milk and you are ready to start the day.
What she hates
So far we have not come across any disadvantages or negative aspects of this product.

Gaia Crunchy MuesliGaia crunchy MUESLI

Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day and skipping breakfast means losing a lot of essential vitamins that you cannot make up during the day. Hence it becomes important for you to eat a wholesome breakfast as it allows your brain to function best and helps you maintain a healthy weight by kick starting your metabolism early.

What brand claims
The brand says that their muesli is:
– Good source of Protein and Iron

What she likes
Gaia Crunchy Muesli is a nutritious combination of wheat flakes, rolled oats, nuts and fruit crushes. The best thing about this product is its crunchiness. A nutritious complete-meal-in-a-bowl with the goodness of whole grains. Also it is loaded with extra fiber and nutrients to provide the perfect breakfast to start a power packed day.

What she hates
Honestly we don’t think there is anything that we can hate about this product.

Gaia Gree Tea + TulsiGaia Green tea + tulsi

What brand claims
A unique blend of tulsi and green tea, Gaia’s Tulsi Green Tea helps in detoxifying and revitalizing the body.

What she likes
Green tea is anyways regarded as nutritious and good for health, but this green tea also contains the goodness of tulsi leaves that is known for its natural antioxidant qualities. Also it comes as a tea bag that you can simply dip instead of straining it. The best thing about this green tea is that you can carry these tea bags along with you anywhere.
So every time you feel thirsty and want to drink something refreshing, then take out this tulsi green tea bag and enjoy it with hot water. All you need to do is take a cup of hot water and dip the tea bag to enjoy the goodness of tulsi and green tea.
What she hates
Despite its health benefits, we feel that the product is not fairly priced. For 25 bags you need to pay Rs. 150 that we feel is a little expensive.
All we can say about this product is that it is ‘A holy combination, to be sipped and to be believed’.

So now that you know about these products, I think you are ready to become a nutritionist and a beauty expert for your family and friends.
