Recipe: Hazelnut Cupcakes

Cupcakes have become rage in past few years. This cute and delicious dessert is quite satisfying for all those who have sweet cravings.

Cupcakes can be nutritious too if you add some nuts to them.

Here’s a fabulous recipe for lip smacking hazelnut cupcakes.

Ingredient

  1. 4 eggs

  2. 170g unsalted butter

  3. 175g caster sugar

  4. 140g self-raising flour

  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  6. 100g crushed hazelnuts

  7. Some Milk

Method 

  1. Preheat the oven to 65C.Pour milk over a saucepan of boiling water.

  2. Beat the 170g butter and caster sugar until pale and creamy, break in eggs, flour, baking powder.

  3. Add the milk mixture and mix well. Spoon into muffin cases.

  4. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Frosting: Take sugar,coffee,apple pulp,cream and crushed hazel nuts

  6. Beat 140 g butter until smooth and creamy, add icing sugar until fluffy and light and other frosting ingredient.

  7. Let the cupcake cool down and add frosting and decorate!
