Recipe: Easy Malaysian Paratha

I was very fascinated by crunchy and tasty Malaysian Paratha when I first traveled to Malaysia.This Singaporean and Malaysian roti hails from south india which is commonly found on the streets of Malaysia.Here’s the quick and easy recipe of Malaysian Paratha which you can make it at home.

Ingredients

Maida – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Sweetened condensed milk – half cup

Method

Knead the dough using Maida,salt,hot water,condensed milk and a tsp of ghee and set aside.
Fling the bread untill its paper-thin
Make sure it doesn’t tear
Put little bit ghee on thin roti
fold them into square
Roast it on tawa with little ghee for 3 to 4 min
Make it crispy serve with curry lentils
