Myth Behind Face Bra

The anti-aging fad is something that has really caught the attention of us all. We all want to look young and experience youth for as long as it takes. However, stress has really been the silent culprit behind all our anti-aging problems. We all seek for a miracle cure or that wonder pill that could somehow rid ourselves of the misery of fine lines and wrinkles.

As much as I appreciate the growing awareness for personal care and the products associated with it, what I also see is the increase in products which make ridiculous promises when it comes to dealing with aging.

Our skin is the largest organ of the body. We all know that anti-aging is not caused overnight but it is a result of damage done to the skin over a period of time. How can we then expect a miracle cure?

A new concept of skin care that is taking the world by storm is the face bra, a new innovation that claims to apply pressure on your facial muscles and thus help get rid of facial lines and wrinkles. How effective is it? Yeah, even I was very sceptical initially, but I am someone who looks at alternative methods of anti-aging and tries to see them with open eyes. One thing is certain, atleast there aren’t any side-effects to the face bra. Now, the real concern is how effective is it? An average individual has about 43 facial muscles. But do we exercise it? Oh gosh! We didn’t realise that we need to exercise our face muscles, did we? That is precisely what the face bra does; it offers resistance to the face muscles and thus gives it a chance to get its exercise.

But wait a sec… face bra is not going to make you look young overnight. It takes time to show some noticeable results. I don’t know how many of you are familiar with face yoga but it has been around for quite some. And trust me, if you do face yoga regularly, you won’t require using a face bra at all.

Remember to laugh, it keeps stress away and makes you feel better. Cry when you feel depressed, it will free you from within. Our face is a mirror to our soul. The healthier you feel within, so will you feel on the outside. So be happy and stay healthy!
