Almost every woman envies those sexy curves and bottom of JLO, but just envying won’t help; if you want it then you have to make efforts to get it.
Beautiful Back is every woman’s dream. At least it’s my dream for sure! But this area has always created problem in many women’s lives for years. Sometimes working out in gym or walking doesn’t kill the hard fat clotted on your butt.
So to help all you lovely ladies, we bring to you some great moves that will help you sculpt your thighs and butt.
90 degree angle move
In this move, you get down on your hands and knees and lift your right leg up in the air. Start lifting your leg up and down in the air for about 30 times slowly. It’s really about quality and once you reach half way it might start burning, but don’t give up if you need your bottom in shape. Complete the 30 counts and hold your leg in the air for 30 seconds.
Cross over and lift up
Cross your right leg over the left one (in the same hands and knee position mentioned above). It’s almost like working on different part of the butt. Keep your abs engaged throughout this little series. Try to do 15 of these and you’ll surely see the difference on your side.
Knee to your shoulder & straighten the leg
Bring your right knee close to your right shoulder and then move it back. Do 10 more of these moves to burn the fats on your thighs and butt. This actually works on the problematic part of your body. By now you’ll feel pain on your wrist so go easy on them. Abs help relax your shoulders.
- Repeat the same exercise routine with your left leg.
- Remember that throughout this series you are on your hands and knees.
- These are the best butt moves I have ever seen and by the end of the exercise routine you’ll surely start sweating.
So ladies grab your mat, tune in some nice and peppy music to freshen up and start practicing these amazing moves!
