Kapil Sharma On Pulwama Attack: “May Have Difference In Opinion But Like Every Indian I Am Hurt”

Pulwama attack left the whole nation shocked and angry. In the aftermath of the attack, politicians and celebrities expressed their opinions and many of the opinions added fuel to the fire. Initially it was Navjot Singh Sidhu’s remarks which enraged the public. Post which, it was reported that Sidhu was sacked from “The Kapil Sharma Show”. Kapil Sharma reacted on the news during a recent event and said that banning people from a show isn’t a way of expressing anger towards the terrorists.

After such comments, Kapil Sharma also found himself facing backlash by Twiterratis who started the hashtag #boycottkapilsharma to express their anger over Kapil’s opinion.

Now, Kapil has again reportedly spoken up on people boycotting him and demanding his show to be taken off air.

Kapil said, “We may have difference in opinion about how to deal with it but like every Indian I am hurt and angry with this cowardly act of terrorism. The biggest tribute we can give to our Martyrs is to stand united with our Armed forces and give a befitting reply to the terrorists and their handlers sitting in Pakistan.”

The very next day of the attack, Kapil also put a tweet expressing his sorrow over the attack.
