In a recent interview, Sara Ali Khan revealed that she doesn’t discuss films with her dad Saif Ali Khan. She further told about things which she mostly discusses with him.
Sara Ali Khan has been in the limelight ever since the news of her debut came to light. She made her debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s movie ‘Kedarnath’, featuring alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. She garnered a lot of praise for her portrayal of Mukku in the movie from the audiences and critics alike.
Before the release of the movie, she even appeared in an episode of Koffee With Karan with her dad Saif Ali Khan, where the father-daughter duo revealed a lot of interesting details about each other and their family. Recently, she gave an interview to Mid-day where she happened to reveal that she doesn’t discuss films with her dad. She did have a valid reason for it which seems fair enough.
Sara was quoted as saying, “He looks at me like I’m a traitor for discussing films. He lives with Kareena [Kapoor], is a brother to Soha, and is an actor’s son. So, now, if I discuss work, he’s like, ‘Please don’t do this to me.’ So, we don’t talk about films often. We talk about history, argue about what Hitler’s motivations were, or who was wrong in the Cold War. Sometimes, we discuss religion and how different beliefs and social systems came about. We both enjoy culture, travelling, good food, and great conversations.”
On the professional front, Sara would be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba alongside Ranveer Singh. The movie is slated to release on 28 December this year.
