Janhvi Kapoor has very well established herself in Bollywood with her debut movie Dhadak opposite Ishan Khattar. The diva has another Karan Johar’s project in her kitty, namely Takht. She is also working on the Air Force pilot Gunjan Saxena biopic.
Recently, the Dhadak actress appeared in Vogue BFFs television show and spilled the beans on some of her personal secrets.
Among other things, when she was asked to pick between Kartik Aryan and Vicky Kaushal if she has to kiss one of them and she had a quick answer. Being pretty straight forward and Frank with her choice, Janhvi went ahead and chose Vicky Kaushal.
Well, Vicky Kaushal is definitely gaining popularity amazing the leading ladies of Bollywood.
It is to be noted Janhvi would be sharing screen space with Vicky Kaushal in Karan Johar’s Takht.
Janhvi was further asked about her upcoming project Takht, to which she humbly said,
She said, “What can I say? I am still in shock. It hasn’t sunk in yet. It’s a big deal for me and I am so eternally grateful and feel so blessed that Karan (Johar) has allowed me to be part of this journey.”
On the professional front, Janhvi is currently shooting for Gunjan Saxena biopic. Recently, she was in Lucknow for an extended shoot of the movie. The actress is yet to start shooting for Takht. She would also be seen in Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma starrer horror comedy, Rooh-Afza which is co-produced by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Sing Lamba. Producer Vijay said in a statement, “For the female lead, we needed someone who could portray two contrasting personalities with ease and Janhvi stood out, she really connected with the script. Her talent is still raw, but she is excited about being moulded. The script is young, refreshing and totally crazy, and she is exactly that.”
