Just like the fine wine, Malaika Arora is getting better and better with age. She is undoubtedly one of the fittest celebrities of the B-Town. At 45, Malaika definitely looks a decade or two younger, thanks to her strict fitness regime that she follows.
In a recent interview to Pinkvilla, Malaika spilled the beans on how she manages to look so smoking hot. Malaika gives the credit of her fit body to being a yoga practitioner.
According to her, “Yoga is the origin. It is the mothership of all things related to mind, body and soul. Whether you workout with weights or do fitness training, pilates or swimming, whatever you do, always remember that all of it requires great posture, be aware of your breathing. You do those things and only then will you be able to achieve your desired results”.
Malaika also stressed how yoga cleanses and detoxes your body which is very much required. One thing she advised people was to stop being lazy. We can’t agree more. At the end of the day, you need to get out of the bed and sweat in order to be fit. Coming to her diet, she admitted that she doesn’t go for crash diets and rather believes in eating what she wants.
