Isn’t it the truth that whenever you meet someone, the first thing you notice about them is their face and skin? And if you don’t break bad habits pertaining to your skin it might cause a lot of damage which will just be beyond repair. We would like to discuss some of the most vital things to keep in mind every single day when you carelessly handle your skin and other body parts.
Touching Your face
This is something everyone does, sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally. Your hand does all the work for you finding old files from we don’t know how old cabinets. Make sure you don’t make this mistake as your hands have the most dust stuck onto them and by touching your face you will just be transferring all the dirt on your face.
Just because you see pimples doesn’t mean you break them. It happens due to excessive dirt and oil clogging in your pores and when you break them it actually bursts and sprays on to the skin around that causes even more pimples.
Not Removing Make up
Believe it or not removing make up is very very important. Especially when you’re sleeping in the night. Not everyone can afford fancy branded make up removers and I have one that is super. Just get home some baby oil and remove make up. I Love this one.
No Sunscreen Regime
A sunscreen is a solid investment, sworn by dermatologists as sun causes the most damage to your skin. Too much sun exposure can cause Melanoma, the most dangerous type of skin cancer. Get yourself a Sunscreen and apply to all the skin exposed.
Rubbing Your Eyes
Eye irritation is common when one works full time in front of the computer. If you’re going through too much eye irritation causing you to rub your eyes. JUST STOP. It will leave you satisfied but your eyes will be harmed. Go to a doctor or get a good quality rose water for eyes. Refrigerate and use whenever you want to rub your eyes.
You’re beautiful and to be beautiful you need to break all the above given bad habits. Don’t ruin your God given beauty by silly habits you picked up.
