Known for the popular Pakistani Shows’ and Dramas’ Zindagi Channel has always given what we always craved on Indian Television. With the recent URI attacks, Zindagi Channel felt the need to respect the sentiments of Indian audience. Hence, the channel has discontinued the Pakistani shows.
Yes, we all loved their shows and most importantly, the Pakistani suit designs and trends. But, everything has to end someday, right? But, you need not worry about your entertainment!
Zindagi team announced their new and exciting show line-ups yesterday in a premium style at bloggers meet, which was held at Four Seasons Mumbai.
Exciting to know what’s new on Zindagi?
Well, there are 6 new shows coming up and we can’t wait to watch them!
Here’s the list of 6 shows –
1. Little Lord
Little Lord is a light-hearted Turkish drama which tells an endearing tale of a parent-child relationship through the lens of a six year old boy, Mehmet. He tries to solve big problems in his own way and tries to unite his ever-fighting parents by mesmerising the importance of family. This unintentionally hilarious series has the potential of becoming people’s favourite after-work show.It starts on October 3 and will air from Monday to Saturday at 7:30 pm. So, are you excited to watch this show?
2. Khwaabon Ki Zamin Par
The show Produced by none other than Anupam Kher. Khwaabon Ki Zamin Par is the story of a 24 year old boy, Arya Kashyap (Ashish Kadian) who leaves behind his girlfriend, Niyati Bajpayee (Megha Chakroborty), and his family to come to Bombay to fulfill his dream of becoming a Bollywood star! Let’s the how the story goes.
It premieres on 3rd October and will air from Monday to Saturday at 10:00 pm.
3. Agar Tum Saath Ho
Agar Tum Saath Ho centres around the journey of a rich Delhi girl, Neema (Ritu Barmecha), who marries a simple, middle class boy, Ravi (Hitesh Bharadwa), much against her father’s wishes. The serial dwells into her after-marriage life and how she deals with her meddling father.
So, even this one starts from 3rd Oct at 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
4. TV Ke Uss Paar
Starring Maharathi actress Amita Khopkar in main role, TV Ke Uss Paar is a comedy show that gives a reality check on how today’s society is obsessed with its over-dramatic daily soaps. The show promises the laughter and reality check at the same time with its relatable content. Let’s laugh at ourselves, shall we? The show will air from Monday to Saturday at 8:30 pm. It’s the show that your mother-in-law is going to hooked on to! It’s definitely not worth missing.
5. Fatmagul Continues
We have all seen this before and loved watching again!
Turkish blockbuster show Fatmagul essays the journey of an innocent girl whose life takes a drastic change when she gets raped and is forced to marry the accused. Her story gives a glimpse into the life of a simple Turkish girl who transforms from an obedient and subdued person into an independent and courageous woman ready to take on the world and fight for her rights. Fatmagul is already on air and is winning a lot of hearts with its heart-touching story.
6. Feriha – Season 2
After the phenomenal success of Feriha, Zindagi will soon premiere its second season. Both the seasons have been aired before, but due to audience request, Zindagi came up to a decision to air it again. The show Feriha narrates the life of a young and beautiful girl named Feriha who is a daughter of a doorkeeper. The story is about her love with Emir – a playboy who has never been in love. The secrets, the love, the struggle – this drama covers it all!
