Smoking and drinking drastically dehydrate the skin and makes wrinkles and fine lines appear more prominent. Depression steals the glow from your skin and makes it look aging with lines.

Though there are several modern techniques like dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, botox and lasers, it is still preferable not to go much for the artificial way. Natural means have not yet lost their power. You need treatment both from inside and outside which is possible only by natural means. They may take some time to show their effects but they are no doubt long lasting and cost effective too.
