Banana & blueberry smoothie for weight watchers

Smoothies are a great way to jump start your day. Mixed with fruits and protein,they add lot of health benefits to your body. You can always experiment with smoothie by adding new fruits every time. Here is an easy and delicious breakfast option Banana & Blueberry smoothie for all the weight watcher’s out there.


1. 1/2 frozen Blueberries

2. 1 Banana

3. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

4. 2 spoon of protein powder or flax seed

5. 2 Ice cubes

6. Caramel sugar for garnish


Break the banana & place all the above mentioned ingredients in blender,and blend until it becomes nice & thick. garnish the smoothie with few berries and top it up with caramel sugar.
