Since the well-known comedian Tanmay Bhatt lost more than 110 kg through keto diet there is no looking back for people. All the health conscious people are going gaga over keto diet. So, by now you all know what is keto diet al about. So, I will skip that part.

Today I will be covering some of the best and latest keto recipe trends that internet can’t stop raving about –

1.Egg Clouds Recipe

This is the latest hot recipe among keto diet followers. And you won’t believe but it is really easy to make. You need to first separate your egg yolk and white. Now, keep stirring your egg white and add some seasoning like salt, lemon juice. Keep stirring till it is maximum stiff and then add some more parmesan, ham and chives. Once that’s done divide the entire egg white into two and put it into the baking tray. Bake this for approximate 3 minutes at 200 degrees. Then after taking out just place the yolks in the middle of baked egg whites. Add your choice of seasoning and then bake for another 3 minutes.

2. Chicken Dumplings

Begin with removing the cabbage leaves and boil them in water for some time till they are fully tender. Stuff the cabbage leaves with mince filling which will contain chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, spring onion, coriander and spices. Steam them in the boiling water for about 10 minutes and then serve with your choice of sauce.

3. Chocolate Pot De Crème

Break baker’s dark chocolate into small pieces and collect them in a bowl. In a separate bowl add egg yolk and give it a good mix till it is frothy. Then add 1/3rd cream and half a tablespoon of althorn and heat them together on a lower flame. Add some vanilla extract and bring the mixture to boil. When it starts to bubble remove the mixture from the flame. Now, add few drops of thick cream into egg yolk and keep stirring the yolk. This process is called as tempering. Gradually add the entire cream into the egg yolk and keep stirring it in low flame. Once it thickens pour the mixture into the chocolate. After some minutes of cooling down, stir all of them with the chocolate. Finally, serve them in the serving bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Add some low-fat cream and a cherry on the top.

4. Keto Broccoli

Cut your broccoli into florets and add minced garlic into the ghee. Place the broccoli florets into the baking tray and pour garlic ghee, lemon and salt all over it. Bake it for 12-15 minutes and tada it is ready to be eaten.

5. Keto Eton Mess

Begin by finely grinding erythritol. Dice the strawberries very finely. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Keep stirring the egg white and add very few drops of lime juice. After a while add powdered erythritol and vanilla extract to it and then keep stirring so that your egg white is very soft. Layer the egg white mixture into the oven at 130 degrees for about 30 minutes. Crush the meringues into smaller pieces and add cream and mashed berries into it. Add all of them together in the serving bowl and your keto eton mess is ready.

6. Keto meat sauce

Begin by grating your red onion and add them to the pan and cook till they are fully translucent. Add them to the beef and pork mince and stir it very well so that meat breaks down very finely. Season them with salt, chilli flakes, pepper and dry oregano. Add fresh lime and garlic and also chopped mushrooms into it. Add tomatoes and let it cook for some time. Finally, add spinach and give it a final boil.

7. Keto spaghetti and meatballs

Mix beef, pork, thyme, parsley, cheese, garlic powder, cayenne powder, black pepper powder, salt and egg together. Shape the meatballs and then deep fry them. Add butter to the same pan and fry mushrooms and season them with salt, pepper, chilly flakes and oregano. Add tomatoes to the mixture and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, begin by cutting the calamari into long noodles. Add the squid and cook for final two minutes. Finally turn off the flame and add fresh basil and enjoy your squid with tomato sauce.

8. Keto hummus

Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil them in water till they are completely tender. Add boiled cauliflower, tahini, garlic, kalamata olives, paprika, cumin and chopped parsley together into the grinder and make a fine paste out of it. Transfer it to the bowl and garnish your dish with cayenne pepper, olive oil, parsley and some more olives.

9. Keto fish cakes

Fry the fish with olive oil and butter. Once fried, let it cool down and then create holes by gentling piercing with a fork. This is the time to add keto bread crumbs made with mug bread, onion, coriander and ginger garlic paste and mix all of them together. Post seasoning with salt and spices add two eggs and give all of them a good mix. Using cookie cutter make fish cakes and then fry these fish cakes using remaining oil and butter.

10. Keto chicken cake

Begin by seasoning the chicken mince with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and Italian seasoning and mix all of them together. Now, mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, spring onion, sautéed spinach, sautéed mushrooms and olives and give all of them a good mix. Now, begin layering a bundt tin with bacon slices. Next, fill the tin with chicken mince leaving some space for the stuffing. Add cheese mixture at the centre and add some more chicken mince. Fold the bacon over the mince and bake it in the oven at 200c for 30-40 minutes. Halfway through the cooking, turn the tin so that the other side also gets cooked and turns crispy.
