Raita is the best for all around the year and not just for any particular season. Ingredient in raita such as yogurt cools down your stomach and give you calcium and vitamin D. Mango Raita Ingredients
2 cups chilled curd
2 medium sized mangoes, chopped
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp of saffron
some chopped mangoes as a garnish
half tablespoon sugar
A small pinch of roasted cumin powder
Mango Raita Method
Add sugar and beat the curd till smooth.
Add mangoes, cardamom powder and saffron.
Mix well.
Serve topped with some chopped mangoes,cumin powder & a sprinkle of saffron.
You can chill the raita also before serving.
Note – Consume it in three hours
